Since she is technologically sauve, she knows her best option is to find a tutor who has access to either desktop sharing tutoring tool or application sharing tutoring tool. 1. From the student homepage, click on the link, Get Tutored Now. You will be directed to the "Tutors Avaliable Now on Demand" page, as shown below. The first row shows you tutors currently online and the third row shows you the course they are qualified to tutor, as per Tutor Central guidelines. To contact a tutor for immediate tutoring, click the link, Send Instant Message. IF there are no avaliable tutors for your particular subject, click the Request / Schedule tutoring link on their homepage to schedule tutoring at a later date and time. |

The message will be delivered immediately to the tutor who would respond in kind as to whether he accepts or decline you tutoring request. If the tutor accepts your request, he would direct you into a virtual classroom for immediate tutoring. What this means is that, any document the tutor opens up on his desktop, will be visible on your desktop or your computer screen - Desktop Sharing.
